My little "Accident"

So I just thought I'd share this with you guys to show you how crazy people are: So a week before I'm ready to move back here I'm on my way home from school. It's on a thursday night around 8 when I'm on i70 getting ready to get onto 77. So this guy is in the left lane and cuts me off. I have to slam on my brakes so he doesn't hit me. I'm like "what the hell?" So whatever, no big deal. So I get on 77 and I'm getting ready to pass him and there's a car in front of him. I'm in the left lane and he speeds up and cuts me off again into the left lane. Now I'm kind of concerned, so I speed up and pass him and get ahead. So finally I'm passing him and another car and he pulls out and gets ON MY ASS! LIke you seriously would never imagine someone doing. And then he backed off. So I slowed down just to piss him off. Whatever. I'm driving right along side the other car on the interstate and he is pissed! He gets so close to me I don't know how he wasn't pushing me down the interstate. So I'm honestly a little scared at this point. So I finally pull into the right lane and speed back up to 75. This dude follow me into the right lane and gets SO close to me numerous times. Finally he backs off and then RAMS me! YES RAMS ME! He backed off and did it 2 more times! (Total of 3) I'm like what the hell? This guy just actually hit me!!!! So I slow down (Not hitting my brakes because he probably would have hit me again and spun me out) And I pull to the sholder. To my surprise, he pulls to the sholder as well. This was my first mistake. I was pissed, I jumped out of my car and walked back to his truck (Oh yeah, it was an f250 extended cab long bed) I wasn't flailing my arms or screaming or anything I just walked back to his truck. I get to his window and he peels out and takes off. SO I was like 'OH hell no" and I took off after him. He went so slow so I just went ahead of him and slowed down (keeping my distance, as not to lose him) Meanwhile I"m on the phone with the cops and as soon as I pass the belle valley exit he ducks off into it. So I wait for him to come bck out but he never does. SO I meet up with the cops and thye caught him driving the wrong way down a one way street. He was drunk and in a company truck! What a bitch, huh? But he denied it all at first then he admitted to it! He wouldn't even look at me when they pulled in beside me! Crazy, huh? So it's still pending but that could have killed me for god's sake! SO JUST WATCH OUT FOR CRAZY PEOPLE GUYS!

Ha ha ha. Well it scratched it a bit and then put a hole in the bumper. Nothing too major. I could hear it flexing everytime he hit me "Kathump kathump" Ha ha ha. But I don't know. I'm pressin charges and what not. Hopefully I'll get a decent settlement because I could basically sue a number of people, which I'm not going to because that's just not me. But still the idea he could have spun me out and killed me angers me.

People never believe me when I say don't mess with people. Sometimes I cut people off on accident, so I just let it go most of the time. In that situation, either one of you guys coulda died because the other person was so pissed off. I'm glad you finally called the cops though.

yea bumpin into a parked, or even a slowly movin vehicle is one thing.. but when youre goin down the interstate at even 50mph+ it's a whole dif story. couldnt they charge him with attempted something or other? im not real sure what or how many laws it is he broke but im sure there's a few.. wreckless endangerment, hit & run / leaving the scene, dui, im sure they charged him with a ton of stuf..

Well, they still won't send me the full report (Which makes me a little curious) But as of now all I know about is an assault charge and road rage I'm sure. But he did go to jail for the ovi. Other than that, it's all up to the insurance companies and what not.

that sux.. especially when you just get a car or when you just get it done.. my white gt im workin on, i hadent had it 2wk's yet and some lady in a minivan ass ended a highschool kid in a cavalier, an slammed him into me.. i was so pissed i couldnt see strait. only thing it did was screw up the bumper cover but stil.. it's the point of the matter ya know.

i would have beat that guy's ass so hard with whatever i could find....if it meant tearing the wing off my own car i'd have thrown it through his window then shoved it up his turd cutter, glass shards and all.
