I've been to the nip a couple of times and dont like most of that type of company plus all the cops that just sit and pray on people once they leave.

i agree but it would be something dif.. Butch's is a really nice place, quiet isnt fights an such in there.. not a bunch of ppl who go in there just to get drunk an loud either. they have quite a few pool tables in there. i think it'd be cool to just hangout

Personally with my new work schedule it will be impossible for me to make a weeknight meeting, as I'll be working till 10m in Marietta.

I would be up for going somewhere else. In fact I was bored to death last night and drove around Marietta, Parkersburg, Williamstown, Vienna & Belpre for nearly 2 hours just looking for something to do.

I realize people don't want to spend money, but I don't see why we couldn't all invest in some cheap FRS radios and sorta play follow the leader around different local towns. That's what I did last night, I kinda played get-lost by myself and figured out some of the layout of southern parkersburg a little better. Unfortunately it was on my own.

But seriously it would be a good way for those of us that are unfamiliar with each others home-towns/nearby towns to learn better how to get around.

Well there's not much for entertainment but there's a lot of different ways to get around town. There are also some fun really curvy road to drive on, and I don't mean recklessly but they're so curvy it's fun.

i go there on friday alot.. shoot the shit with my friends an just kinda hangout. it's quiet enuff on the pool side to actually converse w/ppl.. then later on as you said, go see what the girls are up to lol
