Co-drivers or navigators sit about 3 inches lower in their seats (pretty much on the floor) than the drivers do to increase the center of gravity and they don't really need to see what's going on outside anyhow. Indirectly, this probably saved Mills life as he would've been crushed compeltely if it was in the normal seating position like Solberg. Luck. Scary crash for sure.

The concrete barrier he hit is designed to keep military tanks on course. They go like 12 feet underground. I wish there was an exterior view and it would show it in real-time.
