Yea, read it the other day at the book store. Cool to see both cars get some nice upgrades. Ever since the STi spces came out in Jan.03, the STi vs. EVO debate has almost been like the Mustang -Camaro debate. Its all good thou.

I mean the show though! They used to send me the magazine for free. Got a full year that way. Finally they quit.

The show is just a small taste of what you get in the magazine at least in the mag they give all the performance numbers and added opinions.

I agree. the show is pretty good. I have it tivo'd so it automatically records it every time its on. (along with 5th gear, F1, WRC, AutoWeek etc..)

I really like C&D's tuner shootout..good article but even better to see it on TV. (the EVO kicked arse!)

Davis you wouldnt have happen to have the C&D Sept 03 issue it has a 4 cylinder shootout with some highly tuned cars. From Cobb, Comtech, Vishnu, Millen and HKS and they all are fast but the all lose to a stock ZO6. 8)

Nope. wish I did, it was a good one. I DO remember that issue thou. The yellow Cobb WRX (pre STi era) was crazy fast (also cost the most at @ $80K's me thinks?) and lead the group. For some reason I don't remember the Z06, not to say it wasn't there thou.
I subscribe to Road and Track, AutoWeek, and SCC. If anybody want a current issue of any of these, please let me know. I usually read em once and then let it sit in the kitchen for a week, then it gets tossed. I can bring to meeting or whatever.

The ZO6 is a bargain compared to some of these cars as some cars total cost including mods was over 50k.

I have a video of the one from 04. Vipers, vettes, cadilacs, etc.. If anyone want's it, I'll put it in my grouper shares.
