I respect that, but still think it's outrageous. Not that big of a "jdm" fan. It's starting to get played out.

WEll some people think stuff that is NOT jdm is and that I just ignore, some of the real jdm eqiipment can actually make or break some vehicles. But, it hasn't been that bad until lately. Atleast that I have noticed.

I just think an emphasis on one market being better than another is just stupid. Like Imports vs. Domestics.

Imports vs. Domestics...That's like comparing Rugby and Football. One may group be tougher, but they won't play/live as long. The other guys are smaller and covered in plastic bumpers, but they're smarter. :D

I have absolutely no standing in that argument, I just thought that was funny. I own a Pontiac and a Subaru...which one is better? I dunno, they both have their ups and downs.

You couldn't be more wrong. Toyota imported Cavliers and sold them as Toyotas for a while. I think TRD even had some stuff for them.

Yes there are Toyota Cavs and yes there are TRD parts for them and Veilside makes a kit for them also. JDM Cav YO!

Yep! But I totally agree with your opinion on imports vs. domestics. The only thing I meant that could make or break a car is the performance end. Emissions and government regulations aren't as big of a deal in japan, therefore performance-wise some jdm parts can either make or break a car.

Regardless, that's an immaculate car. It is a bit overpriced @ 61,000. (current bid)

You could buy a 93.5 Supra TT for ab out 17,000 and build it up into that car for about another 20,000. I know because Chris Rutherford had all the parts for a very comparable machine (minus the ICE stuff).

Immaculate... dream car for sure, however they're not as great as I wish they were. I love them don't get me wrong, however they're too heavy, and too much power to ONLY the rears. I'd much rather have a hopped up & tricked out MKII Supra, or a nice turbo'd 240SX. Much more nimble and not as heavy. Of course my interests don't like in a sickening quarter mile, more street/course performance.

68,000 is underpriced if you ask me! It WAS 200,000 man!

yeah i wonder what happened it was 200k, I think it's worth what it's at now because of all the awards and what not...I mean it's an ugly car imo but you have to respect it.
