Yeah, that was some bullshit. Get it myself, if I wanted to get my own damn beer I'd stay home with my wife.

Thank you for making us aware of the problem you had at our restaurant last week. We are very sorry for the rude behavior the server gave you. This is a mis-representation of our company. Although I am unsure which server it was, all servers and bartenders that worked last Thursday will be given a lesson in customer service. I am very sorry once again for this incident. No business can be 100% perfect all the time, and it takes confident people such as yourself to help us strive for that perfection everyday. Had you not written us we would have not known of this incident. I assure you that 99% of the time my staff is on their game. We will continue to get better and deliver great food, great hand crafted beer, and great service.

We walked in waited to be seated.....finally we were seated at a high top. Waited waited and waited for service.....a guy was seated next was then served within 3 min. Tim..."waived down" a waitress and we asked for drinks and I was going to probably get a appetizer, well before anything could be said she quickly said well the bars right there and walked away from our table....so we said fuck it and walked down the street...
