Ok, I've been involved with 2 projects so far with members of this group, and the thing I've learned is either you all need to get better tools (or a wider selection,) or warn me so I can bring mine.

This is just a friend reminder :)

Is that directed to me perhaps?

I thought I was doing pretty good....for years all we had were domestic cars that only required standard. So I am slowly working towards getting my metric tools built up....

Be patient with me.... 8)

Lol, nah, you're alright. There are some tools that would make life easier if you had them, but nothing too major. I by no means have an all-incompassing tool kit. I'm just trying to prevent undo hardship when it comes to having certain tools when we get involved with stuff...like Mitsu suspensions and such. ;)

yea, but we would have fought with that axle all night, until you broke out the beastly crow bar....

After that it was all pretty much straight forward..... 8)

Just be sure to keep them in a safe spot...

Last month, I had my storage unit broken into, even though it was visable from my front door. 2 tool boxes (around $2500'ish in tools), lawnmower ($450'ish), weedeater, Phoenix Gold amp still in the box, etc. Of course the left all the goodwill crap and old child car seats...

That's the second time I've had all my tools stolen (ironically, the first time was also in a storage unit while I was on a deployment), and this replacement business is getting old.

That sucks bad, thats one of the reasons why my tools are only stored in the house.
