i don't know now days it looks to be all they have now(24'z). I don't think SUV's Look right w/o sometype of Rims on it 20z,22z, or 24z,now since that is mostly what you see anymore. ANd now its spinners? Just wondering what everyone thought about this new Craze

I would say it's not a craze, they have been around forever. Just the prices have come down. Secondly phatty rimZ turn SUV's into GFV's (Ghetto Fabulous Vehicles) and there is no ghetto around here so eff them. Thirdly I think you should become less of a ricer/homie or get off these boards because there is noone here who respects that. Nor will there ever be until the population of morons grows too far out of control for Darwin to handle alone.

Huge rims do nothing for a truck or SUV. They only add rotational mass to the driveline. They SUBTRACT the force that the vehivle can put to the ground. Plus, SUVs and trucks are, to me anyway, offroad vehicles. I've done my fair share of off roading in a truck(I used to own an ex-cab S10) and I really enjoyed it.

My props go to the trucks with light suspension lifts and bigger tires.

Heck, its simpler than that. More weight, LOTS of money, rougher ride and I'm not even talking about spinners yet.

I am 100 percent with all that was said, I would like all this neons and rims and tims bullshit to stop right now, this ricer shit needs to end, it has no place on this board and never will. I don't want to be a dick about this stuff but if that is what is needed then I'll do it. On a side not if you bored there are all kinds of fun roads to drive around where you live, so there is no need to post whore with these bullshit threads that knowone is going respond to. I just made those 2 forums to get the other peoples opinions on the subjects, Mostly that were brought up at recent meets. so I have a supercharger, pretty much every performance mod you can do to my motor (to go along with the supercharger), clutch/flywheel, every electronic and gauge i can put on my car more or less....but I have 19 inch wheels, an under neon kit...indash dvd, body kit, and alot more that would be considered show mods...so i guess my car would be a ghetto ricer then?

No....rice is simply no taste. If someone has an idea of what looks good then ok. Its all personal opinion, but there are so many people driving around with chopped springs, huge fart can and a big aluminum wing...that to me is a ricar...... 8)

I like vinyl's but i can't find anything that i want.. I would go big like body vinyl maybe...Theres a picture down at garagetrendz on their wall in the stairs hallway with a pic of a car with this sweet vinyl.. cost about 1k to get tho :?
