Don't break the law and you won't have anything to worry about.
they were pullin ppl over leaving the mall just to remind you to wear it..
personally i think its stupid, i believe as long as your of the age of 18+ it should be your choise as to whether you want to wear it or not. after all the only life youre endangering by not doing so is yourself. also i have seen a few accidents where ppl werent wearin their seatbelt an got ejected from the vehicle, which ended up bein the only reason they lived tghru the crash.. granted thats a very small number but still.

Insurance companies give the state $$ for grants to pay the officers to do check points.
It is supposed to cut down on the medical bills from not wearing a seatbelt..
Thats what I have heard....

Got to see the guy in the yellow 92-95 Civic coupe get busted down by Loius Thomas Subaru tonight. A friend and I pulled into the used car lot and there were 2 cops sitting there chatting. They pulled out shortly after we get there. We were looking at one of the cars when we heard a car ringing out the gears coming toward us from town. I thought I heard a BOV but I don't know the car...anyway, the cops that had just left were sitting down in the Pontiac dealer and the dude in the Civic got busted. We thought it was pretty funny...sucked for the guy in the Civic though.

i agree completely...but that isnt part of the big brothers plan. the more pussified things become in america i wouldnt be suprised that in 20 years you will have to wear suits made of bubble wrap as well as an 18 point restraint harness to drive your 25hp hybrid scooter on the road
as long as it saves the life of just one child...is it not worth it :D

you know.. in my opinion they cold give 2 shits about saving our lives
they had an actual poll you could take before the law was passed
asking if ppl should have to wear them ect.
it passed enormously aginst the law
a week after the law is in effect lol
all they want is money.. cause they know ppl wont wear them

I always wear my seatbelt, it makes me feel safer for some unknown reason.
The other day I rode in a R32 Skyline GTR powered 240sx and the passenger seatbelt was broken. I've never been more scared in my life, I actually almost started crying. Cars shouldn't be that fast. Something about getting completely sideways (at the track) as the driver shifted into 4th gear at around 100mph made me hold on to my nuts very tightly.

Yeh I pulled up to the mall and they were handing out pamphlets and when I pulled up the cop stopped for a second, reached in the car an yanked on my Sparco harness and was like "what the hell is that?"...I told him "you can never be too careful"...he started laughing, and asked why I had them I just said "Thats just how I roll..." and he started laughing...juss thought that was a funny situation...
