That kit is done by cervini's, saw it this winter when I was thinking of changing hoods. There products are the best, haven't seen a hood on a mustang that would beat there quality.

indeed
their hoods fit perfect.. which is odd cause i have yet to see another hood manu. for mustangs that actually fit properly

I'm not that crazy about it, but I guess that's due to the angst towards ignorant fanboi tards. All these kids run out seeing the remake of 60 seconds (rehash), and then start spewing forth their desire for a GT500 when they have no idea what a real one looks like.

i love the GT500 for what it is, and it would sit in my garage being stared at often but driven rarely.. lol

i agree tho ppl seen that movie an thought they just had to have a GT500 when in reality anyone who would take anything better than just a plain fastback an kit it out with the Eleanor kit is plain stupid.

i like it....it would definitely be cheaper to buy a GT and build your own "GT 500" look alike than spend the 40k or so to buy an 07 when they come out.

7,500 GT500's will be produced, each will be signed by Shelby himself. Getting your hands on one will meen paying way over sticker for it from places such as ebay ect. where dealers are going to see just how much they can get out of them. Last I checked there were way more ppl on the list to get the GT500 than there were cars to be produced. One salesman on corral.net said he believes they will go for 10-15k over sticker or better.
Also if anyone seen the episode of car and driver wit hthe "GT500" then you were fooled along with the rest of the world. Unsure as to why it was done but the car you actually seen was a Saleen with the GT500 bodykit. It is believed that Ford did that because the actual GT500 was infact not ready for a "smoke test" so they desguised an S281 as a GT500 and ran it. According to ford look for the GT500 #'s to be a slight more impressive
