First off..do they let bikes autocross. Secondly, how do they do. Jeremy, Adam and I were having a discussion on how well the average crotch rocket rider would do compared to the better drivers. IE if someone who was pretty proficient on a bike raced someone in a decently driven Z06.

FYI, shifter karts are lots of fun. I use to race them a bit in Sweden. 125cc Honda engines, 5 spd, 80+mph. Also ran some 100cc single gear rotax angines. I went to Rod Hall karting school in Ventura.

(Sweden) Friends and I were racing one day and as we were going for the same turn, I touched wheels with his rear tire at about 35 mph, immediately flipped over and went off course. I was trapped upside down with gas pouring on me when some buddies came to the rescue and got me flipped over again.
Luckily I was wearing a helmet! I hurt my arm (small hairline fract.) but unfortunately my friend who I bumped into required stiches because when we touched, my front right wheel/tire jumped up and across his left hand. Nevertheless, we still had smiles on our faces and evil grins.

The owner of the track called me the "crazy American".

Fun and games.

If you ever have a chance, try out a kart on a track.

Then there's this story of me and my buddies driving shifter karts at 80 mph in some business complex after hours......In order to protect the innocent, I won't finish the story...
