No, although I am sure somewhere on that site there is, and the software doesn't know the difference.

Just blacklists it.

Don't know about the site, just saying it was blocked for me because of the IT Nazis we have. Typical military stuff: "You will not laugh, you will not cry..."

I hate that. It helps protect agains't a lot of spyware and virii, but @ the same time, I think it gets on people's nerves.
