Ok, the day & time have been choosen.

Last year it was a success.

For our new members, this is for friends, family, wives, children, etc.


When: July 16th (sat)

Time:5:00 p.m.

Location: Parkersburg City Park 44% [8]


Here are a few ideas to get started....I was thinking maybe a local park. Something like Mountwood Park, City Park in Parkersburg, Williamstown Park where it was held last summer or whatever. I would even be up for having it @ my house. I have a nice grill, picnic table, a whole street to park on, badminton, ping pong, trampoline and I live close to everyone.

Post up some ideas. I thought after the cookout we could take a little drive on one of the roads....work off some of the food we just ate....I will leave the planning on where up to one of the members...

If everyone chips in we would have a nice party. Here is a list we will keep updated as people reply. This will be a good time, if we get a good turnout....Lets have fun with this.... 8)

50 16oz plastic cups
bout 50 Dixie paper plates
salt and pepa shakers
1 can of Vietti hot dog chili sauce
1 32oz bottle of charcoal starter fluid
1 Sharpie
pack of name tags
some plastic utensiles (we may need more than we have)

I also still have a big bag of unopened charcoal.

I'll bring all of the above to the cookout.
