great show for a great cause. Just about every top musician you can think of has performed...including..........Pink Floyd who got back together for a 1 time show....it was very good. This is history in the making for sure..let's hope G8 can do what they are suppose to do..stop poverty.

Hope it does better than the last one. They raised all that money for the food to sit in customs and rot. Awesome!!!! hey last I looked there was poverty in the U.S.

exactly...why africa. there are poor people with aids in the us. i'm glad we care about the africans.

I totally understand what ppl say when they talk about aid for US before Africa or other

BUT...the US doesn't "see" poverty like they have in other countries and its really hard for us to understand the severity of poverty and proper drugs have on an entire generation.(notice how blunt the aid for Africa commercials have to be?)
I've been to the slums of Mexico and India, its truly amazing to see how people can get by on really nothing....really nothing. Unfortunately disease catches up and wipes out an entire village, city, generation..etc...

here's how i see it.. i dont live in another country, therefore i dont really care whats going on over there. i dont think the US should be the official babysitter of the world. our country should take care of the ppl who live in it not go rushing to help out other countries. that's like me sitting here with my wife and kids who havent ate all day cause they were waiting on me to get off of work an Davis calling me up an bein like "hey im hungry can you bring me over some dope cheese fries?' then me leaving to go get him something to eat all the while ignoring my family's needs

also i think we should takeover canada
i meen seriously.. i could take a dull spoon to canada and takeover
they dont really do anything anyways.. they just kinda hangout up there
living in canada is like hanging out in a loft above a killer party
you can still go about your life up t here but get to see the chaos below an not have it affect you
