Since I was bored(and needed an exuse to skip my wife's family reunion), I decided to replace my camcover gasket. Well, turns out it was in serious need of it. When I pulled it off The chamber for the sparkplug in the head was filled with oil, the last time someone had the cover off, they put it back on a little jacked, and let oil spill from the cam cover down in, so the vacum leak and the oil leak were fixed with one shot.
