Pics from Crystal Cove Exotic Car Meet - 8/20/05 (56K DIE)

I learned about this event through Davis and his earlier thread. It just so happened that 4 or 5 months later, I was lucky enough to attend this interesting event and the culture that surrounds it. I have many pictures, and no time to photoshop... so fair warning, they are VERY large.

A big thanks goes out to Davis Powers for his early morning directions by telephone through his home area in southern california and getting me to the meet.

There were many amazing machines at this event, and I was unable to get pictures of ALL of them. I do, however, have quite a bit (30 minutes) of video as well. Anyways, I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

something about really expensive cars that does nothing for me.

I mean yeah they are really nice cars, and if I had the cash i would prolly buy one, but I would almost rather see a lot of the cars here in the MOV.

I've always liked those old Porsches.

I'd say the most impressive looking cars there were the modern Porsche 911's and that blue Gallardo.

There was a Carrera GT in Charleston at Bert Wolfe Porsche for $448,000. We went and saw it, but it just didn't impress me that much and the front anf back halves of the car look to be designed by different people and then thrown together. The car is impressive, but not that beautiful for some reason.
