so I got the wild urge..

So I get the wild urge to wash and wax the car today..
the wash goes well, i dont have to 'scrub' anything off..
the dry goes well, not too may water spots..

i get ready to 'wax on, wax off'.. and i open the ol' buffer and i find this..

its a craftsman so in the middle of my clean up job i take it to sears to try to exchange it..

I was not pleased to find out they dont honor the 'craftsman exchange' on anything other than hand tools..

So, on the way home from getting the bad news I stop at Lowes for some adhesive to glue the foam pad back on..

I come home to find out I have no car wax.. I dont know where it's wandered off to.. but its gone..

one of these days, IF i get the car done.. I'll post up some pics of my ride..

Stayed up late.. I'm a nightowl..
although.. 5am is even late by my standards.. my a$$ is draggin today..
still gotta do the wheels.. and something with the inner fender wells. and maybe something with the tailpipe.. its all tarnished looking..
oughta have it done tomorrow evening..

i'm trying to think of a good place to shoot the pics.
i'd like to have some sort of cool background.. i've got a couple ideas..
i hope i can get the pics shot before it rains and i have to drive it..

btw, Davis.. I tried the zymol. good stuff! :bigthumbup:

The road going up to McDunna(sp) park is a good spot... There's not too much traffic there... If you're looking for a green background.
