These are from my phone, so they're not great in resolution. This is my dad's Z3. The wheels are 18x8.5 with 225/40/18 front, 18x9.5 with 255/35/18 rear. They were $1337 mounted, balanced, and shipped with all-new bolts (no lug nuts on the car) from wheelmax.com.

Nice shiny lip...it reflects the spokes and makes the wheels look weird, though.

I gotta say, those look pretty good man! Took me a sec to look at the closeups, and the wide shot of the whole car.. but I think they look pretty good. The silver is quite a contrast on the black, and I'll bet they look great rolling.
You should bring that Z3 to the Autocross sometime :)

I thought so at first also, but those cars came with some decent size wheels in their M roadster trim. I think if the car were lowered just a bit, the perspective may be different. After staring at it awhile, it has a very Aston Martin-ish look to it. I like it.

Yeah it's probably a see to appreciate type of item. My inital response is WOW those wheels look huge on that car. Almost gaudy (pronounce GAW-Dee) looking. And am I the only one that thinks it's amusing those rims & tires cost $1337? *snickers*

I'm sure he'd say the same thing. For the record, I woulda bought something more open so you can see the stuff behind it. I would've likely stuck with 17's, too, but he's 65 and he just wants something to be proud of. Power aside, I'd take it over a Civic Si, any model, any day of the week, but that's just my opinion.

Nope. I thought it was hilarious, but I didn't even think twice about it when I posted it.
And Tim, I never noticed it in person, but it does look like a Jag or Aston in that side pic. Weird.

Technically it isn't a hacking program rather a Backdoor Trojan, that provides a means of remote access for the script kiddie/trojan programmer to gather information and or a zombie/base computer to perform secondary attacks from.[/b]

Im not a fan. I think the Alpina look stock ones look much better, more fitting to the car.

The previous owner had pretty much destroyed the finish on them. It looks like they sprayed them with wheel cleaner when they were still hot. The tires were bald, too, so that's what spawned the whole idea.
