Changing Shocks

How hard is it to change front shocks? I have torsion bars, so it doesnt look too complicated, but is there any special tools i need?

well on the neon i had struts in the front.... and i needed to use 2 vice grips to put onto the piston, on the upper part that doesnt go into the shock so it wouldn't damage it... and A inpact wrench Is needed to take the top bolt off. and that should do it... 8) If you have about the same set up as i had...
