I ve been hanging out on the UK honda forums and have made a few buddies from across the pond...super cool guys, with access to alot of nice JDM and EDM eqipment. So i have been looking for this amber clock for my car for a while now, but all i have found was the ones on EBay (and they were asking $100.00 plus itntl shipping) So I posted up on this forum that i am a member of and got several responses and ended up hooking up with a clock for $18.00 plus shipping from one of my buds CTR's. Anyways, i may have more parts coming soon so if any of you guys are interested drop me a line and i can see what i can get for you. (BTW they are parting out a nearly complete 99 CTR as we speak and i have dibs on whatever parts i need). Only serious people with $$$ though please.

right now my connection is parting out a Civic Jordan Edition ( basically a CTR with a limited production of 500) But all Jordans are yellow with yellow and black leather seats with the honda hornet embroidered on them..... however ... he may have a set of recaros out of a dc5 teg...i will ask. :D

The jordans were different to say the least...I have seen a msg board dedicated completly to them....lol..

Seats for a reasonable price would be cool.

Dumb question here. And im sure it has been asked millions of times. But why does Japan get all the cool stuff? Is keeping the cool stuff there an sendin us their base model crap like a way of gettin even or something

They probably think that there is no real market for a NSX-R, or a ITR/CTR over here. Alot of the cool acessories are now coming over like the navigation in the civics (which has been availabe over there since the 6th gens), and at least they feel that we deserve some DOHC iVTEC cars now. Another reason, is that americans traditionally do not like hatchbacks. Europeans and Asians love the things, but over here they never caught on like that( dont believe me then look at the last gen. Si's sales numbers). Thus with Americans not really being into hatchbacks, it would have been pointless to make a real expensive type-r hatchback, when they are having trouble selling $12,000 CX hatches. There will be a new Type-R civic, but we wont get it....and yes it will be a hatch (they have pics all over the net). The point here is that the practicality of having a hatchback for carrying stuff is overshadowed by the US's love for huge fuc*ing SUV's and Minivans and they can carry as much if not more cargo, and if a sports car is what you are looking for, then there is always the option to go buy a stang, camaro, charger, etc... for the same money as a type-r. Just my 2 cents.....

Eh, imo then it's their fault. To be 100% honest Civic's as well as every other sport compact vehicle on the market are so overpriced it isnt funny. I think they should bring the type-r over but make it limited quanity. The problem is when they do sell type-r's they overprice them to hell and back. I love the new si' but theres no way im going to pay 20k+ for a flippin Civic. Civic's started out as cheap cars, cheap transportation. now they cost as much as everything else. The Chevy S10 is the same way. Remember when they were used for pizza delivery trucks ect (napolis). That's cause they were cheap. Now look.. the Colorado is insane expensive. All car manu's are getting out of hand.

Btw yea, last years si was ugly as all hell.

Most of the "sought after" right hand drive imports are made right here in the states then shiped to Japan. Its so close it almost stings.

the last CTR's were made in Europe .... the last ITR's (RSX-R) were made in Japan. how is that close???
