Well, I've had a set on since just after the last auto-x, and so far I have nothing to say but good things. Very good traction, almost no road noise, even keeps grip in wet weather. About the only negative I've found is they are slightly more temerature sensitive than Azenis. But it only takes a couple blocks and they're ready for whatever you want to throw at them. All in all I feel they're the best improvement that I've made so far, but, may switch to azenis next season so I have a real same car different tire comparison to make. So, if you're having trouble finding azenis that fit your car, cough, (m3), cough, I'd highly reccomend the Hancook's

are you driving on those tires daily? I just got a set of azenis (on sale  ) and i don't see may self wanting to use those on the road. Hell i can burn threw a pair of all season in less then half a year so the azenis wouldn't last a week. I wouldn't want the side of my doors sand blasted every time i drive either.

I may actually look into these just as soon as I decide to look into new tires. And that is going to be soon since the Azenis are bald already.

OT: Jamie, I never tire of looking at your avatar. I've looked at it so long that I'd pay good money to see her with her top off.

Sean,
Yeah, I drive on them every day, and after 2k, there isn't the slightest sign of wear, and I don't have to worry so much about the sandblasting, the layer of dirt protects my paint, but, seriously, they don't seem to pick up as much crap as azenis, or, maybe it's just the design flings stuff away better, I dunno, so far, so good.

The Hankooks don't degrade in hot conditions like the Azenis do.

mines only 2888 its not the heaviest thing out there. Davis and Robbie are both driving heaver cars. Its just that whole 4wd, shit load of more power, and stiffer body thing that makes the difference lol.
I'm trying to get another 4gen accord down there this weekend he hasn't wrote back but he seemed interested.
Back on topic though i was considering getting the ventus but sense everyone seamed to worship the Azenis and there was only a 3 dollar difference i went for what seemed to be the popular choice.

You wont be dissapointed with the Azenis, they are very good tires. I liked mine a lot, I just had a fitment issue.

Don't drop the $$$ on Azenis just yet.
Both are very equally performing tires, GRM's tire test pretty much attested to that. Do you want to water your tires on a summer day? You will lose grip if its too hot, since the Azenis don't like getting hot.
I'd buy the Kook's over the Azenis, speed differential is marginal at best but the Kookies work at any temp.

I really didnt have any issues in water or really getting hot. The only thing I did not like about them was the short life.

either one has to be better then me driving on the side walls of the yokos lol For 78 bucks i thought i should take the deal.
ill put Lisa to work if they get to hot she always has that stupid bottled water with her lol.
But at the deep freeze it seamed that my car sat long enough for my tires to get cooled down and we did 4 runs. Heck my whole car cooled down because every time i started it my idle pulsated and it only does that when its cold. (first warm day I'm fixing that). So even if it was hot out i don't see why i would need to put water on them.

good review on the tires Liam.
I really liked my RT215 Azenis. I used them for street, AutoX and a whole weekend at Mid-Ohio getting really abused. However, After 15 minutes on the track, they got pretty greasy and recall a "oh crap" moment going into Thunder (turn 16) as the fronts didn't grab as much as they should've. (Was chasing down Mr.X's 400+hp EVO, hehe)
The Hankooks are really making some good rubber lately. Sounds like a good setup.
