I ordered a set of Brembo Rotors and Ebc Brake Pads from Car-Stuff.com...which is a vendor for AutoPartsWarehouse.com....and my story is as follows...

placed order on Saturday the 22nd

get confirmation email of shipment @ 1 am on Monday the 24th(Great)

get ups tracking # later that morning (still great)

Tuesday 25th...i check tracking # to see they are in PBurg and scheduled for delivery...sweet...I call this little shop who charges 25 bucks to put them on...he gets me in same day...(we are so f'n sweet at this point)...246pm ups dude knocks...he has one box...i ask "is this it"...sure was...i open the box...nice set of rotors...no pads...(not so great anymore)...I call there customer service #....10 minute hold time...talk to "Ian" who has a very heavy middle eastern accent...tells me we are still just waiting for the pads to ship...at that point i was fine...2 days to get my rotors was just early...no big deal....

Wednesday 26th...i email there customer service bc i didnt want to talk to "Ian" again...no response...

Thursday 27th...i email again...and still no response...

Friday 28th...i call back and got another "Ian"...who proceeds to tell me they are backordered from the manufacturer and would be 14 business days...(by now we are the opposite of great)...asked Ian why they dont bother to put that info on the webpage before customers order there products....he explained to me bc of the 30 warehouses they have they dont have a way to know what is in stock or not....(bs)

By this point I am so pissed I am over it...oh well...whats 2 more weeks compared to 2 months of not driving my car....

edit: main point was just give a heads up to everybody else out there...and they are the brembo oem rotors and ebc green stuff pads...and at this point...by the time i cancel the order...get my money back and order another set...will take about the same time...

There are a ton of pads you can use for the brembos. You don't have to use the oem pads.
I used the OEM pads (I'm guessing you got brembos similar to the EVO?) for my first year of my car.
I change pads and fluid about every 8 months.
Carbotech, Hawk, Ferrado are just some that have been great and rotor friendly.

My point is that you can easily cancel your pad order, and buy some non-OEM ( and better performing) pads from somewhere else.
Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. If you are going to buy some other pads, go to http://www.gtworx.com/catalog/index.php
I get just about all my stuff from them. (Myles is my main there)
