I could have sworn I saw an ad on SPEED that mentioned die-cast F1 cars at one of the auto parts chains. Has anyone seen it or know which store it is. I'd like to pick up one or two.

I believe that these were made by hotwheels. How much did your's cost dave?
I'm a tight-wad and I'm looking to get a steal-of-a-deal for a hell-of-a-car.

Tell you the truth Robbie I cant remember but I did buy them from either Toysrus or somewhere like that the last Hotwheels diecast I bought was a LMP car and it was alot cheaper than the Action Performance Daytona Prototype which was $70. I will try to find out for ya, I have many many diecast cars 1/18th and 1/24th scale it gets expensive quick!

A quick look around the web says $39, but I dont see any Minardis which i bet is what you are looking for. . I personally dont think I paid $40 they are always on ebay and I am thinking that I might have seen stuff like that at Autozone but if it was on Speed it might have been at PepBoys.

Its AutoZone. I bought the Juan Pablo Montoya; Williams F1 Team car. They are really cool cars.
Plus as a bonus you get a free poster, its a really cool poster for a garage or something.

price is 29.99
I went to the AutoZone in Pburg and they had the 4 drivers that are on the poster on hand.
I dont think that they have anyother cars except for what is on the poster.

Huh, glad to hear I'm not the only "kid" left. My wife is always complaining about my die-cast collection (mostly NASCAR, but a lot of Hot Wheels, and some larger scale Hot Rod collectables).
