Even as a mac zealout I can appreciate those. Some good stuff there, especially the networking thing...

As far as rebuttals, I'll keep my mouth shut... but there are a few lies and misperceptions in there. Especially in regards to security, portable device syncing and upgrading... but I'll spare everyone my evangelism.

I definitely agree with that, but the new Java Desktop in Solaris 10 is actually based off of gnome and it works really well. But none of my servers at work run a GUI so I haven't had a lot of time with the new desktop.
