3 angle valve job

What is its purpose or advantages and who around here does it?

Valve seats better making a better seal.
A slight of material is removed from the valve and head to create this resulting in a little more air/fuel being moved in/out. also smooths the flow some. Or so I have grown up to believe?

The only place I've heard of is Watson Ruppel up near Caldwell OH. I know they do pretty good work.

I would go ahead and get the 5 angle. Most performance places do 5 angle anymore.
