Cut out at hard accel. in 4th??

The other day i was driving down the interstate in my honda , it was running fine until i got into higher rpms in 4th. It just fell flat on its face, it lost what little power it had and it almost felt like it hit a speed limiter, but i was oly doing around 80. I shifted out then back in and it was fine after that. Any ideas what it could be?

what rpm exactly, it could have been anything really, misfire, bit of water in the intake, short/surge causing injector issue, or just some random fluke, hard to say really

im not really sure what rpm it was, it was probably around 5000-5500.
