Painted Wheels, New Pictures on car

I painted these today. They are Eagle Talon wheels. What do you think? Ive got all four and Iam gonna put them on my protege.

Silver, I kinda like it. Thought it would be different. Ill use them for the autocross and cruise, then Ill probabley sell them.

They def look about 10x better than the before pic

A good high speed cruise should bake the paint on the rest of the way nicely lol

Thanks Jay :) I appreciate that. I think the red is almost too much, but it looks better than it did. Its definitely different. I think it will look great from twenty feet.

Thanks. I am hoping to finish them soon, so I can get them on the car. If it looks alot better, I might just sport them for a while. I donno. I had no idea, that ppl would react to them the way they have. I figured everyone would hate them. I think they look pretty good. I started to paint them flat black, but after finishing one wheel I realized a semi gloss would be better. 2 cans 96 cents, wolly world.

Hey eshaw Does your factory wheels have a lip? If they do, it would probabley look pretty good if you painted the lip to match the the color of your car. I think that would look awesome with a blue lip and black wheel.

I was actually debating that when I painted them a while back. At the time, I desperately needed them to be done because the tires that were on my car were going bald due to a bad alingment. Maybe this summer I'll do it again without having to rush it. So yeah, I'll probably paint the lip, and this time, add a shit ton more clearcoat, haha.

Sweet. I think it would look really good with a blue lip. You could just take the factory paint code to dicks and get a match in a can. Iam finishing up those other wheels right now, so Ill probabley have them on the car in a few days or so. Ill post up some pics when I get them on.

They dont look bad at all, but they donnt necessarly look good either. I would put the stock wheels back on imo...
