Uh... I saw that guy in the tower the first time, but missed the "guy/tree" in the fog, and the eyes. Freaky.

When I lived in NC, I used to take trips like this. One time I was down at Cape Fear, taking pictures of the old fort (name escapes me at the moment). It was after hours, and I was the only one there, but I swear it felt like I was being watched, or something. Just didn't feel right. When I got the pictures developed a week later, not a single picture from that trip turned out. They were all black...

Then people wonder why I'm so open minded about paranormal/phenomina and the super-natural.

I read to about page 13, then skipped around some to the last few pages. I think the original pictures were taken around Woodstock.

He never really says where it was, but he was from England from what I gathered. But I also found out he's not the originator of this scheme. Apparently it's been a little fad over the last few weeks, to find/take a bunch of pictures in sequence that lead into a story, photoshop some spookiness into them, and pretend to have found them still loaded in a camera.

Towards the middle of the thread, someone had found and posted the originals of several pictures used in that sequence (the tower photos appear to be from Woodstock, NY, not sure about the abandoned fort and the trails), so the guy that started the thread didn't even take them; he just Googled around for some pictures, and found a set that tied in together.

Even so, he would have had to put a lot of work into doing all this (or who ever did it originally, if he just fished these pictures from someone else's thread), to which extent I must appreciate.

I read most of the thread, and it turns out that it was a ploy by another forum (SomethingAwful.com) to try to take over the internet or something. Kinda gay.
