Thanks :) I agree it would look better if it were lowered, but I cant bring myself to change the suspension.. I guess Iam afraid of all the obsticals one must deal with when they take that route.. And besides, I really like the mobility I have now.. I donno, maybe someday. I am gonna paint the center of the hood and stock rear wing black first.. I wish it were faster too; your Redline will smoke it...

I went to his store with Jeff Deem; one of my best friends. Jeff is good friends with Kevin and he asked me to put it on their. I think Kevin is charging ppl for those, although I didnt pay for mine.. I know your opnion on window banners, so the only thing I can do is say I liked it... I wanted something up their and Greddy, Mazdaspeed, and so on wouldnt work... Being that I dont have any Greddy, Mazda, ect.. Parts.. Hey Mercury Guy, your wrong..... I checked the specs, and its a 7-8 hp gain... Dont make comments if you dont know what your talking about..... Thanks for the comment Brad

Nice pics, Shane. Very clean car.
Moved this to the Show & Shine topic where it belongs.
Greg: Try to be less of a sarcastic prick. If you don't like it, just say so.
From your cardomain site:
The body kit was custom made, and from what Ive been told, its one of a kind.
+10hp ?
Shane: Stop taking things so personally. I don't like it either, and we should have the ability to say so without an instant defense backlash from anyone who gets mildly offended. Everyone has different tastes.
Thank you, drive through.

I dunno why people can't take jokes anymore :?
And thanks Shane, I know I drive a Mercury, Im not trying to make it "special" Its been exactly the same since i've bought it, I have done nothing to it. I dunno how many times I've told you that, but I guess its the only thing you have to rip on me is that I drive a mercury
And for the record, the protege is a nice car, you just need to stop taking offense to every little thing i say. If i knew you were so touchy, i wouldnt have pestered you.

I dig the Protege
Reason I asked is they sell Bike parts, not car parts. And call me crazy but I dont shop at Victoria Secret, thus I dont have their logo on my car. Even if I did however, I dont sticker vehicles..
You need to lower it man, those low pro's are killin it. Sit it about 1.5 inches closer to the ground an that wheel/tire combo will look good.

If your so worried about it just lower it 1.5 or so like jay said. it wont make that big of a difference, since you stuck the big wheels on there they probably lifted it atleast an inch, you would just be evening it out.
BTW i honked at you yesterday. lol

Was that you on South Side in the red hatch civic? Most of the quality spring kits for my car are staggard ones 1.6f 1.8r.. Either way, Iam probabley going to get the paint work done first... Iam gonna have this done..

Iam going to paint the center mazda emblem black.. I think it would blend better.

The rear wing has the same lines on the outside of it.. Iam going to paint it as well, leaving the outside silver and the inside black..
I gota admit it looks pretty good.
Plus it'll tie everything together w/your wheels ect
