The Crystal Cove.."Coffe and Cars "car hangout has moved to Irvine, California.
(check my older post of my experience at Crystal Cove here: http://www.movfast.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1968 )

Coffee and Cars is basically just a hangout. From 7-9am on each Saturday, the finest cars in Orange County showup at the Mazda/Premiere Group Headquarters parking lot.
Very cool atmosphere. I would guess there were around 250-300 cars.

The Crystal Cove show had more European Exotics, this one had more cars in general and many more rare muscle cars.
It was a great way to enjoy the morning.
The sound of these beautiful cars was just awesome.
Take a look at this youtube for sound. (this was a different date): http://youtube.com/watch?v=3mtlGtsUvcc ... http://youtube.com/watch?v=kspQwUpVbJU

I've never seen sooo many AC Cobras in one place; about 13 with 4 of them real. Bunch of 430 Ferrari's, tons of Z06's, rare M3's and a gorgeous assortment of Porsche's.
About 6 Ford Gt's, amazing old mustangs and Vettes and other muscles cars.

Here are some of my pictures, which do not do the cars justice. Read captions on pics for more details

Thanks for taking the time to shoot / post the pics, davis. I hope to get to attend it again someday.

The only problem with this event is that it almost desensitizes you. So many supercars, rare sports cars, customs etc in one place. The most amazing car show that isn't really a car show.

Does it still have the same "community" feel, Davis?

Thats awesome. Was this the first time you went?

I'll let him answer that, but considering I called him at 6AM Pacific time (9AM here) for directions to this event at it's old location back in 2005 I'd bet you can guess the answer is no... :D

Pics from my visit (about this same time of year, actually) in 2005:

This is an amazing event to attend, I hope to make it back there at some point.

I lived in Laguna Beach for 25 years. (born there)

My first official "Coffee and Cars" was back in 2005...read about it here: http://www.movfast.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1968

I go to California 2-3 times a year to visit family and friends.

I must add that the streets of Laguna Beach and Newport Beach have numerous exotics. The amount of Porsche 911tt are similar to the amount of Honda Accords in Marietta.
