While looking for a way to get rid of the stock 2'' flex-ribbed pipe that ran from my MAS to my turbo i was completly disgusted by the price that some places wanted for an intake.

So off to home depot i went looking for something similar to what the other company's make. i ended up taking home 2 45 degree 3'' abs pipes male/female connectors. a frenco 3'' to 3'' rubber connector, a fernco 3'' to 2'' rubber connector, a 1'' long 1'' diameter piece of abs pipe and a bottle of abs cement.

My intake pipe actually turned out pretty good. the boost gauge registered 1.5 more psi just with the addition of this intake. and the sound of the turbo spool was awesome, and the BOV resonating against the hard pipe sounded like aftermarket!

hopefully will get some pics soon, or just ask me to show it to you if you see me out. i slapped some gunmetal paint on it to give a better look and it turned out well.

not bad for $8 worth of parts and a couple of hours of test fitting and modding, test fitting and modding.

anyone with a first or second gen T/E/L if you are interested i can make you one, or i can make a mock Dejon tool Second gen maf to first gen K&N filter adapter.

Sorry for the length!!!!!

i will get a hold of you when it comes in so you can help me put it on!

shouldn't take much already have the old one unbolted, just have to bolt the new one on, hook up the oil and coolant lines, exhaust and go!

do you still have that gasket for the t-25 or is it gone cause i need one

No, sold the manifold and gave the guy the gasket. I don't beleive the 16g uses a t-25 style gasket. Go to the McClinton to the parts dept. And order a gasket for a 14b. I beleive thats what you need..... 8)
