Sweet lookin car.. you ever had any probs with the sync's in the tranny? I bought one from an auction a while back for next to nothin (needed a paintjob) an it raked 2nd and 3rd real bad. I got it to sell tho so it didnt really concern me much.

the origional tranny had a grinding 3rd.

i swapped in the JDM galant engine and tranny, and its tranny now is Tight and solid.

Havent been to the track yet, mabye this thursday if i get my base timing set this week.

swapped engines because my first awd talon was junked and it was cheaper than a rebuild, then i foudn this teal awd, and swapped it into the car.

with the base timing, its hit or miss each day, runs great, or bogs down like crazy.

still enough to pull 5 cars on a Srt4
and pull 1 while bogged

Do you just "run into" SRT-4's...or do you have friends that own one??? I am a big fan of those cars...however i dont know ne one that owns one :?
