Honda CR-Z is apparently a GO!!! Sweet...

Well, living in the Honda capital of the mid-west does have its advantages at times. An inside source, who happens to be a friend of mine, and who also shall remain nameless due to possible liability issues has confirmed that Honda R&D has recieved a shipment of CR-Z bodies in white, and supposedly some of the Canadians are coming down to work on the final development. They will apparently be built in Canada, like alot of the Civic's. Powertrain info was not available to me at this time, could be a hi-po hybrid...or K-Series...hard to tell. One thing is for certain...it will be a sweet little sports car. Sign me up for one!! These models should be out in late 2010, can't freakin' wait! Any more info I can pry outta my friend I will be sure and pass along to you guys.

I think it looks sweet...love the huge ass grille opening, looks like it will swallow small animals in the road.

..uhh..wait a minute, if the CR-Z IS being built in Europe...maybe what he "thinks" looks similar to the CR-Z might actually be the next gen civic coupe due out in 2010-11ish, I will have to find out more. The civic coupe would almost make more sense since thats where the majority are built now (Canada), thus the Canadian execs coming down to help engineer the thing. The plot thickens...God I wish he could just sneak a camera in there...lol.
