Wow adam, thats a really good idea i would love to attend.. do you think we could have it at marietta one week and pburg next week.. just to change areas so it doesnt get boring in one place... 8)

Joe: Having the meet in Marietta's Applebee's will cost more money after 9PM, they do not have the same half price appetizer/dollar-off-beer deal after 9PM.

Vienna: Half price appetizer and reduced price alcohol takes place Monday thru Thursday 5 to 7pm and 9pm to close.

Marietta: Half price appetizer and reduced price alcohol takes place Monday thru Thursday 5 to 7pm... They do NOT do half price after 9pm anymore (participation in the program varies by location/ownership, etc.)

Vienna would be the more logical choice to save money, however you can't take it with you so I'm down for driving to Marietta occasionally.

ALSO, on some weeks we should consider doing this on Wednesdays because the Town House in marietta has Quarter Wing Night and free pool table starting at 9pm! Wings are good, and it's a nice atmosphere. (over 21 only though I think).

All ideas and comments are welcome as we try to get this weekly get together lined up.

Nah, I used to work @ CC and we made it habit to go over once a week. Every time we always sat on the left area as soon as you walk in the door.

They would put several tables together for us...always worked out great..... 8)

Applebee's in Vienna at 9PM, on Wednesday. Plus, since most of us don't have to work the next day, we can secure some designated drivers and act like a bunch of drunkards.

I agree for the most part. I think saying "member's only" is too elite and it also kind of defeats the point of meeting new people that are interested in the same thing. That being said, I would prefer space be given for regular attendees versus new people that aren’t there to interact with the rest of the group. Its more along the lines of I don’t understand why a wife/GF would want to come and “hang out with the guys” for a couple hours bored out of their mind. I seriously doubt any of the girls had any interest in movFast activities…I would suspect they were more interested in Alex/Ramsey activities. While this is fine, I think it would have been better to meet them on another night when one’s attention isn’t split better cars and girls. Not to say that thiniking of either is mutually exclusive, but its sometimes hard to keep the chica happy when your sitting there talking to the guys about cars ;)

There’s always the other way of handling it. If there are too many people or people that we don’t want to deal with, we can always go elsewhere.
