I figure we could have a little political debate of sorts. The reason behind this is simple: to help us all better understand the issues.

3 Rules

If you vote, post why.

Be civil. If you have a difference of opinion, GREAT, but relay that message in a respectful manner.

Do not attack the canidates, but instead defend why X would be a better choice.

Thanks and have Fun. 8)

Because he's better than Bush. I tried voting for what I believe in, but everyone thinks that they have to vote repub or demo, so Nader didn't even come close. I really think that if everyone who wanted to vote for him had just done it, he would've done pretty well. He's a little overly conservative on some weird stuff, but oh well, he's smart.

I just can't bring myself to vote for someone, to be the representative of the U.S., that looks like Kerry.

Can you back this up with fact, curious to hear why? 8)

I'm not voting based on looks, I'm just saying he is one ugly mofo.

Anyways http://www.flipflopper.com is all you need to see through Kerry. Check out the Kerry's flip flops section. The very first one is about fuel economy, I find it rather funny. Make sure you read the LAST WE HEARD SECTION BELOW EACH FLIP FLOP

I thought so for the longest time. But it seems that they have sorta strayed from that belief.

I for one vote for the man, not the party... 8)

Sound's like a straight ticket voter to me.

I'm non-partizan... literally. I never did like the Blue Collar = Dem, White Collar = Rep thing. Just vote for the better guy/gal. Then again, I hate politics anyway.
