Not real bad, but not nothin to write home bout either.. just a stock 69' 350 with a mild cam, aluminum edelbrock intake, headers an 3" from there on. It's a 350 turbo auto tho.. wish it were a 4spd

If i can find one w/out a motor an tranny cheap Im wantin to drop in an LS1 w/6spd tremec. Ive got the 6spd, and those fully equipped LS1's are goin for only like 5g now.. all I need is a car to put it all in lol

The one in the background has a built 350, decent sized cam, h-pipe with flow masters.. sounds pretty good. Finished up everything on it today cept for some little things like emblems ect. Then it's ebay bound

Uhmm.. cause Ive sold a 67' Z28, a 68SS, 71 Chevelle SS, and a 70 Monte SS. It's kinda what I do in my spare time.. plus it gives me a chance to hangout at mom an dad's an annoy the piss out of him lol. There's another reason tho.. oh yea, the MONEY!

My dad has a 68' RS/SS all original with low miles he has torn apart right now, not sure if he's keeping it or no.. if so it'll only get driven if I take it out anyways.

Shut the doors tape the windows and paint away! All sanded down, not sure about the Urethane bumpers and side skirts though havent touched them dont want to mess them up they are test fitted though. it will be factory white.

You sir.. suck! I want a 68' Z real bad. Rather have a 67' but i dont like the split window the 67' has. Cool that it has no marker lights an a few other things tho.. That the white one that sits in Williamstown? An who's silver Eclipse behind it? Looks like a umm.. 'ex-friend' of mines.

No... some chiropractor bought it. Last I heard it was in MANY pieces

My old 3G Eclipse. Some Doctor from Columbus bought it.

Sorry Dave, got all excited lookin at the Z' an forgot to reply to this.. Good friend of mine just got a garage which one side were going to use as a paint-booth. Not sure if he's got all his stuff moved into it or no. If he's got his stuff moved in, i can ask him what he'd shoot it for.. or i could do it for you for that matter. It'd cost ya tho.. like maybe a 6pk of tacos an lg mt. dew! Hey i may be cheap, but im not free lol.

I can direct ya twards the guy who does the work on my cars now.. he's extremely good, an reasonable.. he'd be extremely reasonable being that your car needs no prep work. I gave Adam directions to his shop, dono if he's made his way there yet or not tho.

Welp the pic of the 69' which started this thread is now gone.. sold on ebay. But.. here's a quick pic of the other one

Specs
- 350 / bored .30
- JE pistons w/Lunati rods
- Crane cam 'not sure lift/dur but its got a healthy thump'
- Edelbrock aluminum intake
- Edelbrock 650 carb
- 3:73 gears
- 3spd 350 turbo automatic tranny
- 2,500 stall converter and shiftkit

It's not an actual Z28, someone had badged it to be one tho. Since taking thus pic I have de-badged it an bought the correct badges for it. It's a factory a/c equipped car, which they took the pump off of for reason unknown. I aquired the only few missing peices needed to put thew a/c back on an it is currently in the process of being finished.

You guys may, or may not, already know this. In the recent Hot Rod, there's an article about a company in NC that's reproducing all steel replicas of the '69 Camaro convertible for $12k, which is just the frame/body. A hardtop is a few thousand more, and you can get a completely built replica with a basic trim package for $40k.

Now they're working on templates for a '67 Mustang fastback, then they'll start designing for a Hemi model.

Yea, I heard about the Camaro being done, didnt know they were doing the fastback tho.. That would be awesome, you could have basically a brand new old car.

I KNOW you dig the fab red vinyl interior.. that stuff is hott man.. no literally, the sun beats on it an it gets a scoshe warm. Notice the a/c pump is missing.. after my attempt of hooking the factory a/c back up I realised one small problem, the valve covers are too tall to let the pump clear them  Guess it's rollin w/out a/c what a bummer. Gona load it up wed. morn an take it to Carlisle.. gona take my cam cause you just never know what youre going to see up there.
