Dentists in the area

Whose a good dentist to see in the area? I was told Delli Gatti is good. I have 2 impacted wisdom teeth and my ones on the bottom are horizontally inpacted, and probably some cavities since I have not been to a dentist since I was 13

They were able to get me in there today and they xrayed me and stuff. My bottom 2 are really really bad and have rooted, plus they are horizontally impacted, and the 2 upper ones are coming in normally and havent really rooted yet, but they want to take care of them too. The only oral surgeon around in parkersburg/mtta is not with blue cross for some reason so I might have to end up going to athens which is the closest one. Blue cross told me that they arent with them because they probably charge more than most so I would have to cover whatever is more than average, plus my 20% and my copay. I did talk to them and they said its probably going to be $335ea for my bottoms and around $200ea for my tops, which is still well under my $1500 limit per year.
