The best amp I ever owned was a PPI Pro-Mos 450. I still have it and it still sounds awesome! They are absolutely bulletproof.
lol I think Chris still has his promos.
Those things were badass.
HCAA225 was wicked too. You could run it at like negative ohms lol

Ran it half ohm mono for a while I think Ive seen 1/4 ohm mono. For a "2x25 watt" LOL amp that thing powered a set of JL 15s pretty good for a while. I cant believe that amp is still going. The old Punch waffle iron looking amp I had was the only thing I had that came close to it. Never Owned PPI or Phoenix Gold though. I still have an old Targa amp though. LOL

True new stuff doesnt seem to have the quality of the older stuff. The Old Targa stuff still sucks I have the Black 4 channel Targa amp and its by no means a good amp. It did its job though. I remember when Roddy had that Cavalier when Rob had his shop at the old gas station between that 7 eleven and the sly fox in Parkersburg. It was like 8 10" Targa 10s running off targa amps. At the old stereo comps they had at the Mall (pre Bearfest) he had to have a spray bottle to keep them cool !!
Haha then he had that EXP or wtf ever it was.
I think the orig targa amps were pretty good, again for what they were.
Remember rob's old van w/all of the 10's in it? It had that diamond shape opening looking box thing lol.
Wonder if anyone ever killed him? lol

Shane had the EXP. The Caravan had the Orion Cobalt amps in it. For as little money that was in that thing it really hit hard. Brents Ranger with the 8 Rockford 18s was the beast though.

Geo had two Targa 12's when he first got it the it had only 4 HSL 10's that was in a box straight acroo the back above the back seatback. Ports loaded on the glass. Ran off of Targa amps then Orion amps. Upgraded to Edge series subs right before he got rid of it. That thing was awesome!!!!!
Man I could of swore it had 8 of something. Ehh what did Shanes exp have eight 10s?
Either way everything down there was effing loud.

He had that bandpass box like for forever with two tens that thing hit hard. Then he went to 8 or 6 10's. TJ Sullivans 1st gen CRX had that one system in it had 9 10's. AWESOME.

And watching McClead cruise down Washington Blvd with a 12" Dildo in the back glass of his El Camino!!!! Um sick...

I had four JL 10W1's sealed in the back of the camaro, with two audio art amps. They were actually pretty decent amps. Anyway the whole thing fit in the hole at the back and was flush with the flat part of the hatch floor.
I remember the "Bitchin' USA" on the back of the El Camino, and then James English put "Bitchin' II" on the back of his cutlass...lmfao!

One of his many cutlass's he bought off of me, and it was actually a reasonably fast car. It had a built 403 in it and the transmission was the same as what the 87 GNX had in it.
Which one was it that he kept screwing the rearends up in?
I dont really blame him there tho.. it was the person setting them up lol.
Remember taping a roll of pennies to his driveshaft? hahahaha

I don't know, it was a black 82, but then again he had 3 black ones at the same time. I didn't know about the roll of pennies. That's freakin' hilarious!!! After I sold him the car he would stop by all the time and ask question after question. He is about the most annoying person. We used to call him "many chins"!

Actually no it didn't. I bought it from Rob Combs who is a Belpre cop. I had it for several years and built the car from the ground up. It had a 403 bored .040 over with flat top pistons ported and polished heads, performer RPM cam, performer RPM manifold and performer RPM carb. The transmission was a 200R4, which in stock form is a POS. This one however I had build with the same package used in the 87 GNX, which basically was 3 piece 1-2 piston, 7 disk clutch packs, and a bunch of other stuff. The kit itself was $700 and that was at cost. I had around $3000 in the transmission and couldn't tell you how much I had in the engine. It was a nice car when I sold it to him, but it didn't take long for him to trash it.

yeah Matt went to school with his sister...HOT or was havent seen her in a while. I thought I saw meats car driving around with some old dude in it. Fat ass could never build a car himself....... He couldnt even make two HSL 10" subs sound louder than 6x9s. He actually cruised around the City park with his trunk barely opened so you could hear it.....
