I've been here a couple of times. Pretty decent place, if any of you are metal heads I saw Bobaflex there a couple of weeks ago. They have a myspace page:

http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewProfile&friendID=434904147

On their site they have a calendar that lists who's going to be playing there. A couple that kind of shocked me...

Feb 19th - Days of the New
Mar 7th - Taproot

I hope they can keep this up, it's about time this hell hole of a town got some good bands in!!!

Yeah, I'd like to see Days of the New too. Only as long as they're either a Yellow or Green album DOTN, and not a Red album DOTN.

For those who dont know this is at the old Freds bar which then turned into that queer bar TRUE COLORS  and has now been rescued from the queers and is now a the INFERNO!! Yeah they have some great bands coming up should be pretty cool place, Bobaflex isnt my favorite but its not my least favorite band either i saw them play up in columbus once and they were pretty good surprised me because they said they were from the Gallipolis Point pleasent area...... But Days should be a good show..... I loved that place when it was Freds it was actually a happening place for a while.

The owner of the land isnt too happy with the owner of inferno so they're building a 4,000 sq ft building out by williamstown for it, so ive heard through the grapevine of my metalhead buddies.

I know they've had some problems with noise complaints and the cops. They should have know that no bar will survive in Vienna. Someone should remove that town from the map permanently, via nuclear weapons of some kind.

Anyhoo, I knew they were building a new building, but that really sucks that it is going to be in Williamstown! No more cab rides from Belpre to the Inferno for me I guess.

You live in Belpre and talk shit about Vienna? hahahaha

If they think Vienna is bad wait until they get a load of Williamstown.

LOL at least I can buy a cold one in Vienna.... dry town bitches...anyways the wife and her friends went into the inferno a week or so ago they had some birthday party going on and the people were throwing cake everywhere. She said nobody did anything to stop it and a bunch of bystanders got pissed because they had cake on there closed she left but she said it was turning out to good.

Just look at what williamstown did to that one boat house bar down by the river (well, CSX too) but I guess this building is supposedly going to be down by go-mart

The Inferno is out of Vienna city limits.
