So I took my Focus in on Friday right around the time they were closing, and I noticed they had a lot of cars in the lot and the garage was pretty full. I just wanted them to replace the stock fuel pump with an SVT Focus fuel pump that I had bought a while ago. They started working in it earlier today, and it was finished by noon. Not only are these guys fast, but they're very reasonably priced, and so far I have no complaints about their work. I usually hate taking my car to other people to have them work on it because I've had bad experiences before and I like to be able to do something on my own. If there's anything I ever need to done with the car that I don't want to/can't do myself, it's definitely going back to Griff's. I highly recommend them.

I will second that. They have worked on my explorer twice and they are fast and do great work. They traced down a problem with my A/C that another local shop couldn't fix. They found a couple of wires that had been worn through in a place that was very inaccessible. I would not hesitate to have them do anything to any of my cars.

It seems so hard these days to find a shop that won't try to screw you over, and I completely trust those guys and have recommended them to many people. Great shop, great mechanics!!!!!
