What a stupid ass, and riding a gixxer no less. My gf's dad got hit by a 19 year old kid on the highway while he was riding home from the Honda meet up north. He was sideswiped and laid his Goldwing down doing roughly 65 mph and he was wearing no gear...Tshirt and shorts with tennis shoes. Well he was laid up in the hospital for a long time and after listening to him explain his injuries and how bad it hurt having all of the road rash cleaned out everyday...no way in hell am I riding without gear.
