It's saterday night and I am off to parkersburg to see whats goin on. So I am driving along minding my own business when a rather large truck pulls up along side me... No big deal right? WRONG!!! This guy had to have been drunk, I am in the far right hand lane by hollywood video when this guy crosses over in the the left lane and then swerves to avoid hitting a car in the left lane then as he is swerving back over he comes at me and out of instinct i swerved as well to avoid him hitting me not realizing there is a sidewalk.. I hit the sidewalk and blowing out two tires:( The guy knew what happend because we made eyecontact yet didnt stop to see what happend.. Some people :evil: ... $210.00 all gone for new tires b/c some people can't drive.
So how was everyone else's weekend?

Sorry to hear bout the tires. (hopefully rims/wheels are OK?)
That totally sucks. Its always the sober, good driver that gets the shaft.

Well, could very well have been sober, knowing some of the drivers around here. When I was coming back from Williamstown Saturday evening (minutes before my "Kurt" post), I was on Pike getting into the left turn lane, towards Acme. A white blazer (97'ish), driven by a middle-aged woman, tore out of the BP station straight at me. Luckilly, she stopped, but was blocking both lanes of the oncomming traffic, so she whipped around behind me, and missed a pair of vehicles that were traveling North (through lane, towards 77/Walmart) by inches...

from what he told me, his dad in about to buy and jeep so he will put away the ta and start driving that, he will be getting a bike after his senior year.
That is why you let people hit you (these days). Sorry to hear that he didn't stop.

Alright heres the scoup.... The front passenger side rim is a little scatched up but from what i can tell its not bent.. Its not pulling to one side or anything so I think its alright... About the bike. I am goin to put my car into storage and drive my dads jeep/durango.. whatever he buys back and forth to school next year and perhaps get a bike.. but no promises.. :? I want one but my folks know they are dangerous and people tend to not see them on the road.. but I have my fingers crossed. if not a bike then a honda :lol: something with good gas mileage

hmm.. a rather large truck accompanied by a driver which you think may be under the influence.. haha yea, go track him down. When you find him call me so I can come watch. He's prob got a gunrack in the back window with loaded rifles.. be a good time for all
