Looking for some good engine rebuild info...

I think I may tear into my car since I have a second vehicle now. It may not be until winter time, but I want to do some research in the mean time.

I figure I will have time to tear it down and do it right. I know the stock sleeves are good for 300+hp, I doubt I will be making that. So right now I am looking into rods/pistons. Eagle H-beams for the rods and some lower compression pistons, forged of course. Not sure on the brand as of yet. Something in the 9.2.1 range would be fine.

Any info on net or a good book?

Workin on building it up...I figured perfect timing now that I have the second car..would like to get it fixed before snow hits and I can't drive it. If not I will wait until this winter...

i'm pretty sure the pistons i had were # 149214 on page # 2 9.0:1 standard bore, i had those with the eagle rods, i ordered both from Race Engineering ( http://www.raceeng.com/ShowSuppliers.as ... &subCat=PS (http://www.raceeng.com/ShowSuppliers.asp?cat=IMP&subCat=PS)) for $750 shipped
