Does anyone know of any place to buy a set of Kumho Victoracers(V700s) locally? I've heard from some of the Charleston SCCA guys that you can get them in Charleston for a little less than what Tirerack has them for. I like spending $$$ locally as long as I get a good price.

Good luck finding them locally. And it seems to me, even if you order them locally and wait, the price is usually inflated because what we consider normal tires, the dealer considers "special order".
I am trying to find a place locally that will sell Falken Azenis meats for a reasonable price. And almost everywhere must order them.. (even discount tire in columbus where my buddy works has to order them in a week in advance! )
Even though they don't always have the tire brand that I like, Will @ Professional Radiator and Tire service on Rt. 47 hooks me up a lot... especially if I just need a 'whatever' tire or tires for my wifes car or the beater truck.

Hi Tim, (cough, Rally EX)
Good to see you here. Sry didn't mean to hikack thread.
Robbie, it seems like nobody around here knows anything about these special tires. When I had my RS, I wanted some BFG R'1's....I asked around but it was like speaking another language to these guys.
Good luck...if you see or hear anything let me know. My buddy owns a shop in Beverly, OH...I'll see if he can get them...however he couldn't find Toyo T1-S's so Victor's might be tougher.

I got it froma group buy in some other forum....I think it was from Minnesota or something. Sorry I really didn't pay attention to the place I bought them from, (me duh) the price was awesome.
I'll try to hunt it down for you. It was a cross post on the swvr SCCA site. Maybe Robbie or Kurt will know...

When I had a 3g Eclipse, I bought mine from http://www.vulcantire.com/ . I'd recommed them. Fast shipping, good prices... what more could you want?

I might be able to get us some good deals on tires locally. Just give me the brand and type/size and I will check with my local tire shop.
I got Toyo T1-S's for a great price, and my rating of them is very high!!
