Whats missing? My POS CRX has finally left me temporarily to get a fresh coat of paint now I can clean my garage its hard with 2000 pounds of crap sitting in the middle of it. Pics when it comes back.

yeah I rebuilt the motor about 2 or 3 years ago so thats fine it has 1 yr old tires on it with about 20 miles on them so I would say they are fine. Now performance wise I dont know yet I have the usual bolt ons now which makes it a blazing fast 15 sec car :lol: . So I dont know whats next a VTEC head or a race cam for the A6 or maybe even a JRSC i dont know yet i still want to be able to drive it every day dont really care if its a track car or if it even goes to a track again this is purely an extra car for me and meant for fun.

I'm still trying to decide what to do with the 1st gen. I don't know if I just want to sell it / take it to the crusher, or go ahead and try cutting the top off and subframing it. I mean, if it doesn't work, then the crusher is still an option.

Dude if you cut the top off a CRX and try to make it a lame convertable I will scream. Even the best conversions look hacked and I bet they drive like they have been hacked.

I've never seen one thats been cut, just what I pictured it would look like in my head. I looked the other day, and I can't even find the guidelines I drew on it 6 years ago (where I was going to cut it).

Why not try, though. Nobody wants a 1st gen, so selling it is pointless, and theres not much else I can do with it. If it does turn out to look like ass, then I'll drop her off on Rt 7. If it turns out half decent, then I might be inclined to finish the job and get it running.
