Well, due to improper tools and parts, my RX7 is sitting in the garage next door with no transmission, driveshaft, exhaust, or clutch. I ordered the parts I need, should be in in the next couple of days. If anyone is willing to lend a hand for the reinstall of the tranny at least, let me know. Work time will be before noon probably Wednesday, Thursday at the latest.

Payment will be a ride as soon as I'm done ;)

It's a shame you missed the removal. It was jolly fun. I pulled a muscle in my forearm pulling the tranny :).
The main thing is that I need someone to guide the tranny whilst I lift it in, or to lift whilst I guide, depending on the cajones and the build of the helper. Everything else I can do myself. The exhaust might be a problem, but I figure I can handle that (it's about 8feet of pipe).

Speaking of 2nd gens and this is not a hijack but didnt you have one of yours painted yellow? Well anyway its sitting outside Beverly looks like a Turbo II hood dont know the rest, just thinking Slowx7 maybe you could buy it as a parts car because it has not moved in months.

humm.. yea, my GTU was chrome yello w/turbo2 hood. not to mention $800 in yello leather seats, a yello momo steeringwheel, racing beat drop springs, camber plates, front strutbar, a piggyback computer, 200hp NOS wet kit, an HKS exhaust, uhh.. hell all kinds of stuff on that ride when I sold it.

Last time I seen it, it had ugly tri's (3 spokes) liek it had on it when I bought it a billion years ago.. but someone painted them black, it still have them?

It's hard to believe that poor car still runs haha i'd like to go see it just for old times sake..

Ok I think my mom's boyfriend is gonna help me tomorrow, so unless you guys want to stop by and bullshit with us there won't be any need.

Doesn't look like anyone was gonna help anyway.
Adam, if you want a hand with yours, let me know.

I didnt say it was running it has been sitting in the same place since the beginning of summer, thats why I said it could be a parts car. Before this it had white tri spokes I guess now are black same big wing. Now this is the one you slammed into the curb right? This also was Chevraunts (sp) car right? Fatal Attaraction WOOHOO blast from the past!

The car is almost done now.

Thanks Rick, Clint, Josh, and Jeremy. :)
I lost a couple bolts and gotta find new ones, but that's ok.
I also have to do a little wiring on the tranny and some other minor stuff.

just little stuff...its been keeping nice and warm in the garage and i havent even driven it in like 3 weeks.....i have the center console ripped apart right now so that i can fix the typical mustang problems (broken ash tray door, and broken arm rest) did put a new 6 piece headlight kit in the other day just to freshen the front end up a bit. R u still livin in vienna? Just wondering cause if I ever get a day off I'd like to swing up and shoot the bull some...been awhile. L8R.
