I'll check with Sign Source, I know they used to have some reflective black in stock, but yeah, almost any shop should carry it. Update after I get a text back.

I talked to a girl i know who her and her husband run Art of Design. There also out of black reflective vinyl but they can order it for you. You can call 304-483-2504 and either Eric or Tara will pick up and you can see how much they would charge you.

If it's normal stock then they will, but, if they don't have much call for it, they spend $25-$150 (brand, roll size, durability determines price) on something they get one $20 sale off of.

I'd say just call around, give Jared's friend a shot, and go from there.
