I have a set of 95-99 ACR springs that will fit any 95-99 neon it will also fit the 2nd gen neon just lowers the car slightly more. These are still in the box and it has never been opened. These are the factory ACR Neon springs they make a nice upgrade in handling and they are what I have on my Neon at this time i bought an extra set for my wifes Neon but she has since wised up and went the toyotas route. Let me know.
