well i just bot picked up for yet another deployment. looks like me and 23 others from my unit are going to NTC in california to issue all the ammo out to the soldiers that com there to train for one year. should be fun. i might even get to get in on all the war games they play. can't wait!! i should be leaving the begining of jan.

yea that kinda sucks to just get pulled out like that and shipped off, but it is cali.... so it shouldn't be that bad so share how it goes once you get back, or keep in touch while your there 8)

well this is better than where the rest of my unit is going. there is 4 possibilitys, Iraq, afghanistan, uzbekhastan(spelling), or iran just popped up on the radar as a possible deployment. so i can spend a year in cali or 18+ months in the @sscrack middle east. and adam if you want to go to slowmo this month i will be around till like jan. 3

My old unit in Parkersburg (the one I joined when I came home from the Marine Corps, 463rd Eng Btn C Co) is over there (Middle East, somewhere) now and proposed for a 2 year tour... ugh

i just got back in april of this year from a year in the middle east. deployed twice in two years. that just means i can build my car that much quiker. this one will not be as hard as the last one. normal ours and holidays off. in kuwait we worked 12 hours a day 6 days a week. for 365 days. builds character i guess.
