That is the prototype car that was brought to the F-Body Gathering in Atlanta a couple weeks ago... Scott Settlemire (former Camaro/Firebird brand manager) brought it with him along with a SSR, a XLR, and a GTO.

The thing that's funny about that car is that the VIN number on is is a "EX" (experimental) VIN... and they made it so that is says "69SEX" in the VIN

500hp for the upcoming ZO6 option how could you go wrong? Corvette went from an 80's turd to one nice refined car and a overall better car than the Viper as far as American muscle goes the Corvette is it.

Im in Detroit right now and staying right next to the GM headquarters...ive seen at least 20 new C6 corvettes around town...I get more looks than they do though (i have yet to see ne other evo's). Im suppose to go drive one (gettin hooked up 8) ) ne way if i do then ill let u know how it went.

go to racingflix.com and sign up...the Top Gear of the C6 was uploaded a couple days ago. They crack on it a bit, but it was inevitable from them. All in all, it does good. Watch the Ford GT one they have there, too. :shock:

not to thread jack or anything but has anyone seen the plans for the 2005 GTO? it like they are going to put in the ls2 engine in it ( same engine that in the c6) it will also have a ram air hood and dual exhaust. Looks like they are headed in the right direction.

Actually I think the one up there at Warner is a supercharged V6, although I could be way off.

from what I heard it that they aren't going to ship the 05 until there 04 supply is gone, from the sales firgures they say they still have a 250 day supply left, I don't see why they would do that and I could be wrong but that is what I heard. The one a Waner has the two exhaust tips that exit to the driver side, 05 will be dual.

yeah but they already have the Corvette motor. They have had the corvette motor when they started the present line as Holden Moneros in Australia.

As of right now they don't have ls2's in them, only ls1's. = 350hp
